As all Muslims want forgiveness for all their sins, Dua helps you in seeking forgiveness from the Almighty Allah. Īnas (radiAllahu anhu) reported Rasulullah (ﷺ) as saying, “There is a Surah which will plead for its reciter till it causes him to enter paradise” (Tabarakalladhi Biyadihil Mulk). Jabir (radiAllahu anhu) said it was the custom of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) not to go to sleep until he had read Tabarakalladhi Biyadihil Mulk and Alif Laam Meem Tanzeel. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Surah al Mulk is the protector from the torment of the grave” So, it is the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W). The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) also made this dua before sleep. If you want to safeguard from the punishment of the grave, recite Surah ul Mulk (Chapter 67 – The Sovereignty) daily before sleep.Prophet (ﷺ) said, “By reciting it (Ayat- ul-Kursi), there will be a guardian appointed over you from Allah who will protect you during the night, and Satan will not be able to come near you until morning” According to the Holy Prophet (S.A.W), whoever prays this dua before going to sleep Allah Almighty protects him throughout the night. Recite Ayat ul kursi daily before sleep.Recite Bismillah daily before sleeping.As it is highly significant for you in this life and it will also provide you benefits on the day of judgment. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, the One, the Victorious, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving.ĭua is not an obligatory prayer for the Muslims in Islam. Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One.” Supplication for Sleeping

Ī palm tree is planted for the reciter in Paradise. Ību Dharr reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Shall I tell you the words that Allah loves the most?” I said: “Yes, tell me, O Messenger of Allah.” He said: “The words dearest to Allah are: subhanAllah wa bihamdihi. Whoever says (the above) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea. The Messenger of Allah said to me and to Fatimah (May Allah be pleased with her) (Ali’s wife and the Prophet’s daughter), “When you go to bed, recite: Takbir (Allahu Akbar) thirty-three times and Tasbih (Subhan-Allah) thirty-three times and Tahmid (Al-hamdu lillah) thirty-three times.”

Hazrat Ali (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Glory is to Allah (thirty-three times in Arabic), praise is to Allah (thirty-three times), Allah is the Most Great (thirty-four times) Subhaanallaahi, – Walhamdu lillaahi, -Wallaahu ‘Akbar
